In this article, we will show you how to activate your messages and notifications for the RADAR-feed for Agency accounts.

1. What is the rankingCoach RADAR-feed for Agencies?

Are you tired of always lagging behind when it comes to answering customer’s reviews or reacting to posts on Twitter? Moreover, when you have to do that for each one of your clients? With the new RADAR-features for Agency accounts, you can get updates and information about all of your clients’ businesses' online presence and their competitors in real-time!

The rankingCoach RADAR feed for Agencies helps you to manage your brand image and your brand reputation by gathering important online data related to your client's company or your competitor’s company for all your clients. Get notified every time there is a new publication on social media, a customer leaves a review or your client's name is mentioned in an article or in a forum. The feed also highlights the main evolution of the Google rankings for your clients. You have access to all these essential pieces of information in the “Overview” section of your rankingCoach Agency dashboard.

2. How to activate the RADAR features for Agencies?

You can also personalize all your feeds by filtering the information that is displayed in your account. Click on “Filter feed” in the top right corner of your dashboard and make your choice.

You can select if you want to keep receiving data linked to Google rankings, social media presence, listings in local directories, web mentions, online reviews… You can also choose whether you want notifications about your client’s company, their competitors’ company, or both. You even get to decide which competitors.

Once you are happy with your choices, do not forget to confirm those choices by clicking on “Apply filters” to save your changes.

In your RADAR feed, you will also come across your client’s company Local Visibility Index (LVI). The Local Visibility Index reflects the overall digital marketing performance of the website. This consists of a number of factors, and reflects improvements or downturns in their general online presence.

The digital marketing performance of your client is divided into three categories:

  • Google organic positions

  • Social media, and

  • Business Directories

On a daily basis, rankingcoach obtains organic positions in Google for all the keywords that you inserted in rankingCoach for all your clients. The performance of the keywords depends on the click-through rate (CTR), which means the ratio of how many people clicked on your client’s website with these keywords to the number of total views. (We do not weigh the search volume of the keywords.)

For the social media score, the current measured social media sources are Facebook and Twitter. For Facebook, we look at the number of likes, number of shares, number of posts in total and the number of last month’s posts. For Twitter, we look at the number of followers, the number of tweets in total and the number of last month’s tweets.

The score of the business directories is based on the presence of the business in all relevant directories and data quality.

3. What are the advantages of rankingCoach RADAR for Agencies?

To gain your client's trust and make them become successful online, it is important that you are always aware and up to date about what is happening online within their business sectors. However, researching this every day will take you too much time and can be very inefficient. 4. How to get notifications by email for Agency-accounts?

Just by activating this feature, you can now get push notifications, which gives you the possibility to receive both instant alerts and a weekly summary with important events from your client's online presence and from their competitors, allowing you to stay informed, react fast and make better marketing decisions for them. Notifications include major updates in Google rankings, reviews, social media updates and much more, which can help you enormously to keep track of everything and always stay in front of your competitors.

To activate push notifications, click on “Agency” and then on “Reports” in the left menu of your rankingCoach dashboard and select your desired project. In the “Notifications” tab, choose the option that works best for you, and don’t forget to save your changes once you are done.

Now that you can rely on the rankingCoach RADAR feed to keep a constant eye on what is happening online and simplify the management of your online presence and reputation for all your clients, you have more time to focus on other aspects of your client’s websites and businesses!
