1. How you can update your payment data
If you do not have updated payment data in your rankingCoach account, you do not need to worry, you can easily update this. Simply click on your profile icon in the top right corner of your rankingCoach dashboard and then click on “Payment Data”. From here you can add your desired payment platform.
2. How to change your payment data?
In the same section as mentioned above, you can also change your payment method or credit card on the account. Simply click on the payment method you wish to use, and if it is the same as before but a new credit card, then click on the “change payment info”.
Once you are finished updating your data, remember to click on “Save Changes”. Future invoices will be debited from your newly updated payment method. You can always refer to our Terms and Conditions before saving your payment data.
Please note that if you have canceled the payment agreement for your rankingCoach subscription through PayPal, you won’t be able to reactivate it via your Paypal account as this is not allowed by Paypal. You have to log into rankingCoach and re-connect your PayPal account in order to generate a new payment agreement. Find more information about paying with PayPal with this article.
