1. How invoice delivery works in rankingCoach
Your first invoice from rankingCoach will automatically be sent to the email address registered with your account. After that, invoices are no longer sent by default. Instead, you can access and download them at any time directly from your rankingCoach account. Simply hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and click on “Invoices”. If you'd like to receive future invoices automatically by post or email, you can update your invoice delivery preferences at any time. Read on to find out how.
2. How to set up invoice delivery by post or email
If you'd like rankingCoach to automatically send your invoices by post or email, just follow these steps:
1. Log into your rankingCoach account (or click here if you are already logged in).
2. Go to the profile icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Click on “Personal Data” in the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll to the “Send my invoice via:” section.
5. Check the box for either “Letter” or “Email”, depending on your preference.
6. If you choose to receive your invoice by email, don't forget to enter your email address in the field provided.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Save changes”.
3. Which countries are available for invoice delivery by post?
Invoice delivery by post is available in all countries where a billing address can be provided. Simply follow the steps above to activate postal delivery.
Please note that all rankingCoach invoices will still be available for download in your account, regardless of the invoice delivery settings you choose.
