How to receive my invoices by post or email?

Learn how to request that your invoices be sent to you directly by post or email.

1. How to set up invoices by email or post?

Do you want to receive your rankingCoach invoices directly in your mailbox or in your inbox? Then you can easily set up your invoice preferences in your rankingCoach dashboard.

  1. Log into your rankingCoach account (and click directly here to skip the next 2 steps).

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Click on “Personal Data”.

  4. Navigate to the “Send my invoice via” section.

  5. Tick the box “Letter” or “Email” based on your preferences.

  6. If you have selected “Email”, don’t forget to enter your email address in the field below.

2. What countries are available for invoices by post?

All countries are available to set their invoices to be sent by post. Just simply follow the instructions listed above or contact our support team if you have any trouble with the process.

Please note that no matter the settings you select, all of your rankingCoach invoices remain available in a downloadable format in your rankingCoach account. To find them, click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of your account and then click on “Billing history” or click directly here.
