Invoices contain important information about your payment and company data. Therefore, it is important to keep your invoices organized and updated. rankingCoach makes sure that you can easily access all your invoices and edit your data at any time. In this article we will show you where to find your invoices and how you can edit your data.

In order to find your invoices you have to login to your account. In the upper right corner, you will find you profile symbol on which you have to click.

Once you clicked on your profile symbol, there is a drop-down menu. In the drop-down menu , you select “Billing History”.

Here you can find all your invoices from each month. You can easily download each invoice as a PDF document so that you will always have the invoices with you.

Now that you know where to find your invoices, let’s have a look at how to edit your invoice information.

Go to the Personal Data section. There, you have an overview of the information we use to issue invoices and you can edit them. Among other things, you can change the recipient, the company name, the address and your email address. Do not forget to save your changes once you are done editing your data.

On this page, companies located in the European Union can also add their VAT number in the “Invoice address” section in ordered to deduct VAT from their invoice. You have to make sure you enter a valid cross-border VAT number that is registered in the European Union for cross border transactions.

If you notice some mistakes related to your personal data in the edited invoices, please contact our support so that our finance team can update them for you. However, please note that for European countries, we cannot add your VAT number on existing invoices as modifying the amount stated on an invoice is against German law. However, you can get your VAT back by sending a refund request to your national tax authorities

Are you payment details outdated? No problem! You can easily adjust your payment data by going to the “Payment Data” section of your account.

Here you can adjust the payment method and payment data. Once you updated your payment data, do not forget to click on “Save Changes”. The next invoices will be debited from your newly updated payment method.
