If you get an error message saying that your phone number is missing, go back to your rankingCoach dashboard and then go to the “Business” tab in the “General” section. There, make sure you entered your phone number in the “Tel” field, as this is the field that Google reads. If you only have one phone number, leave the “Cellphone” field empty. Please don’t enter the same number twice as it would trigger another error message. This is due to the directory not allowing two of the same numbers. Once you have saved your changes, go back to the “Google My Business” tab to finish the setup and synchronise your entry.
