We are very sorry to hear that you no longer want to make use of rankingCoach. 

Whether you have a regular subscription or an Agency subscription, you can cancel your subscription at the end of your contract or at the end of the trial period via your rankingCoach account. 

To cancel your subscription yourself, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your rankingCoach dashboard, go to the “Subscription” section of your account and click on “Manage Contract”.

We always aim to improve our service, therefore, feedback is very important to us! That’s why first of all we ask for some feedback about why you want to cancel. Then you need to click on one of the options to let us know why you would like to cancel your subscription.

You will see that we offer various solutions to the problems you might have encountered. Feel free to explore them to see whether they might fit your needs.

Depending on this, we offer great solutions that fit your demands and budget! Please click on one proceed with your cancellation and If none of our solutions works for you, just scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the link to continue through the steps. Once you cancelled your subscription, you should always receive a confirmation by email.  

If you are looking for a longer trial, please select the first option as you can extend your free trial a further 7 days with just one click!

Additionally, if you are on a long term contract, please make sure to request the cancellation at least 7 days prior to the end of your contract if you do not want the contract to be renewed automatically.
